A brief description of the production method of a release

A new type of release with simple structure, convenient assembly and good reliability
The tripping device includes an electromagnetic tripping device, a compound tripping device, an electronic tripping device, etc. The principle of the electromagnetic release is that when the current is large enough, the generated magnetic field force overcomes the reaction force spring and attracts the armature to hit the traction rod, thereby driving the mechanism to act, cutting off the circuit, and playing a protective role. However, the existing release on the market has a complex structure and complex assembly, which greatly reduces the production efficiency of the release. Meanwhile, in the existing tripping device on the market, both ends of the coil assembly are electrically connected to the circuit board through the lead wire, but the joint is easily broken through the lead wire connection, which causes the tripping device to lose its due function and reduces the overall reliability of the tripping device.
